Endúr ASA: Mandatory notification of trades

Einar Olsen, CFO and primary insider of Endúr ASA (the "Company"), has through his wholly owned company Red Devil Holding AS on 11 July 2024 acquired 4,500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 55.50 per share. Following the transaction, Einar Olsen and his close associate hold 44,500 shares and 90,000 share options in the Company. Pål Reiulf Olsen, chair of the board of directors and primary insider of the Company, has through his wholly owned company Poca Invest AS on 11 July 2024 acquired 9,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 55.50 per share.
