CodeLab Capital AS – Mandatory notification of trade

CodeLab Capital AS (the "Company") has received notifications from Codee Holding AS, close associate to primary insider and chair of the board of directors, Jesper Melin Ganc-Pedersen, regarding the redelivery of shares by Arctic Securities AS pursuant to a share lending agreement entered into between Codee Holding AS, Arctic Securities AS and the Company. The new shares were issued following the registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 29 July 2024, and subsequently, Arctic Securities AS returned 34,772,440 shares to Codee Holding AS. The loan of shares was to facilitate delivery-versus-payment settlement of tranche 1 of the new shares in the Company allocated in the private placement which was placed on 26 June 2024.
