Volue ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders and other members of the management

Oslo, 20 August 2024 Volue ASA (OSE: VOLUE) Reference is made to the announcement on 8 July 2024 where it was announced that Edison BidCo AS (the "Offeror") intended to launch a voluntary tender offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares in Volue ASA (the "Company") (the "Offer") and the announcement on 19 August 2024 regarding commencement of the offer period for the Offer.
