Pyrum Innovations AG: Mandatory notification of trades by close associates of primary insiders Oslo, 23 October 2024 Reference is made to the press release from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company") published on 22 October 2024 regarding the completion of a private placement of approx. EUR 10.0m (the "Private Placement"). In connection with the Private Placement, Satherm GmbH, a close associate of primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen Franz Opitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 3,640 new shares at a price of EUR 27.50 per share.
