Hjertaker (through Splendini AS), chair of the Company’s board of directors, has on 28 November, 2024 acquired a total of 30,000 shares in NorAm Drilling AS at a price of NOK 31.9967 per share. Following the transaction, Ole B. Hjertaker through Splendini AS holds a total of 223,138 shares in the Company.
