Oslo, 6 December 2024: Reference is made to Spir Group ASA's (the "Company") announcement earlier today regarding the resolution to issue up to 124,480 bonus shares in connection with the Company's employee share purchase program for 2021 (the "ESPP 2021"). The following primary insiders and close associates have been allocated and subscribed for bonus shares under the ESPP 2021: - Rasche Investeringer AS, a company wholly owned by Preben Rasch-Olsen, board member, subscribed for 2,730 bonus shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the ESPP 2021. - Rugz AS, a company wholly owned by Jens Rugseth, board member, subscribed for 3,645 bonus shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the ESPP 2021. - Anny Bratterud, executive management, subscribed for 910 bonus shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the ESPP 2021. - Hege Moe Tveit, executive management, subscribed for 3,645 bonus shares at price of NOK 0.02 under the ESPP 2021.
