Sparebanken Sør: First distribution of bonus equity capital certificates

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 15 November 2024 regarding information about investors, that were allocated equity capital certificates in the retail offering, right to, subject to specific terms, receive bonus equity capital certificates ("Bonus ECC") in Sparebanken Sør after the sale of existing equity capital certificates carried out by Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebanken Sør (the "Foundation") in 2023 (the "Offering"). As described in the stock exchange announcement dated 28 November 2023, certain primary insiders of Sparebanken Sør were also allocated equity capital certificates with the right to Bonus ECCs in the retail offering of the Offering on the same terms as other subscribers. The Foundation has today made the first distribution of Bonus ECC to qualifying investors. A total of 143,588 Bonus ECCs have been distributed.
