Ola Lorentzon, Chairman of Frontline plc (“Frontline” or the “Company”), has on December 19th, 2024, exercised 42,000 synthetic options in Frontline under its share option scheme approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on December 7, 2021. The purpose of the exercise is primarily to cover incurred tax liabilities.
