Oncoinvent ASA ("Oncoinvent" or the "Company") has today granted 3,560,000 share options under its long term share incentive scheme for employees (the "Option Program"), each with a strike price of NOK 2.4991 of these 2,210,000 share options were granted to primary insiders of the Company. For more information about the grant of share options to primary insiders, see the attached forms. Following today's grant, a total of 4,789,808 share options have been granted under the Option Program. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article 19 of the regulation EU 596/2014 (the EU Market Abise Regulation) and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
