Nicosia, Cyprus - 12 February 2025 - Mr Sondre Helsing, Board member, has
through his wholly owned company Hubris Industrier AS on 11 February purchased
63,627 shares in Seabird Exploration Plc at an average price of NOK 6.4195 per
share. Following this transaction Mr. Helsing owns 1,308,333 shares,
representing approximately 1.63% of the outstanding shares in Seabird
Exploration Plc.
