Sandnes, Norway, 13 February 2025: Reference is made to Desert Control AS' ("Desert Control" or the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 6 January 2025  regarding exercise of employee share options and share capital increase, as well as stock exchange announcement on 9 January 2025 regarding registration of the share capital and issuance of shares in connection with the exercise of options. Primary insider of the Company Ole Kristian Sivertsen, CEO, received 120,000 shares in connection with the exercise of options. Ole Kristian Sivertsen has now transferred all of the 120,000 shares to his wholly owned company OKS Consulting AS, being a close associate of a primary insider of the Company.
