Company One AS, a company wholly owned by the Chairman of the Board, Håkon Reistad Fure, has today acquired 907,822 shares. Following this acquisition, Company One AS will own 31,540,676 shares representing 6.55% of the shares and votes currently outstanding. In addition Company One AS holds 25,000,000 warrants in the Company, representing rights to 5.19% of the currently outstanding shares.
