Norda ASA has today acquired 3,000,000 shares in Nykode Therapeutics ASA at an average price of NOK 2.1388 per share. Christian Åbyholm is Chairman of the Board of Norda ASA and is a Member of the Board of Directors and primary insider in Nykode Therapeutics ASA.
