Mandatory notification of trades and disclosure of shareholdings – primary insiders

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has today, 4 April 2025, purchased 8,000,000 shares at NOK 2.48 per share from his fully owned company AB Investment AS to his private account. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after the transaction has not changed and remains 25,462,996, which equals 21.39% ownership in North Energy ASA. However, total number of shares owned by AB Investment AS has been reduced from 24,964,246 shares (20.97% ownership) to 16,964,246 shares (14.25% ownership), while total number of shares owned by Onarheim privately is 8,000,000 which equals 6.72% ownership in North Energy ASA.
