Sandnes, Norway, 9 May 2025: Deputy employee representative to the Board, Trond Arvid Larsen in Vår Energi has bought 1 500 shares in the company at a price of NOK 28.00 per share. The transaction was performed on 2 May 2025. Following the purchases, Trond Arvid Larsen holds a total of 25 179 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
