(Tromsø 14. May 2025) VP Operations, Marit Sjo Lorentzen has today exercised
15.000 options with a strike of NOK 10.19 per share.
The exercise will be settled in cash through a payment from the Company, equal
to the net value of the options. Net proceeds after tax will be used to acquire
shares in the Company.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in the EU Market
Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014 article 19) and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
