of employees in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) participating in the company's
employee share saving programme. The average purchase price was NOK 30.8024 per
share. The transactions are based on savings made in April, May, and June 2025.
86% of Vår Energi employees took part in the share saving for these months.
As part of the programme, primary insiders in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR)
purchased 18 985 shares at an average price of NOK 30.8024 per share.
