EDDA WIND ASA: Mandatory notification of trade – Acceptance of the Mandatory Offer

17 June 2025: Reference is made to the announcement on 29 April 2025 regarding an unconditional mandatory cash offer (the "Mandatory Offer") made by Electric AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all outstanding shares in Edda Wind ASA (the "Company" or "Edda Wind"), and the announcement on 27 May 2025 regarding approval of the offer document (the "Offer Document") and commencement of the offer period for the Mandatory Offer.
