Halldor Chr. Tjoflaat, CEO of Nordic Financials ASA, has through Hardanger Consulting AS, a company closely associated with him, subscribed for 80,000,000 warrants. Svend Egil Larsen, CIO of Nordic Financials ASA, has through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, subscribed for 80,000,000 warrants.
