INSR ASA has 26th of June 2025 bought 6,617,939 warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP AS and 3,949,120 shares in LOKOTECH GROUP AS at a price of NOK 0.2313 per share and NOK 0.584 per share respectively. Following this transaction INSR ASA holds 7,227,340 warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP AS and 10,043,141 shares in in LOKOTECH GROUP AS. Christian Åbyholm is the Chairman of INSR ASA and married to Kristin Åbyholm who is a member of the Board and primary insider in LOKOTECH GROUP AS. For further details, please see the attached form. INSR ASA will together with Kristin Åbyholm and the Group of companies Norda ASA and Caaby AS following the share transaction hold in total 28,888,947 shares in LOKOTECH GROUP AS, corresponding to approx. 4.6% of the total outstanding shares. In addition the Group of companies will following the transactions own in total 10,623,859 warrants in LOKOTECH GROUP AS.
