Pyrum Innovations AG: Mandatory notification of trades by close associates of primary insiders Oslo, 15 July 2025 Reference is made to the press release from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company") published on 10 July 2025 regarding the completion of a private placement of approx. EUR 5.6m (the "Private Placement"). In connection with the Private Placement, Elke Marlis Opitz, a close associate of primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen Franz Opitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 3,565 new shares at a price of EUR 28.00 per share.
