Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (NAS) – Exercise of employee share options under long term incentive program (LTI) and mandatory notification of trade

In connection with Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (NAS) long term incentive program, certain employees have today exercised 191,775 options that have vested. Guro Halvorsen Poulsen has today exercised 109,586. Following this and transactions reported in a separate notice today, Ms Poulsen holds 78,277 share options and 177,789 shares in NAS. Anne-Sissel Skånvik has today exercised 82,189 options. Following this and transactions reported in a separate notice today, Skånvik holds 59,408 share options and 52,293 shares in NAS. The settlement will be done by way of a cash settlement of the share options. The strike of the options where NOK 13.50 and the average sales price was NOK 18.40. Knut Olav Irgens Høeg, Chief IT & Business Services Officer, has today sold 54,371 shares for an average price of NOK 18.40 per share.
