Sandnes, Norway, 1 August 2025: Deputy employee representative to the Board, Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi has today bought 2820 shares in the company at a price of NOK 35.85 per share. Following the purchase, Finn Volrat Pettersen holds a total of 24 356 shares in Vår Energi ASA. Details of the trade is included in the attached notification of trading.
