Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company"), has today, 1 September 2025, acquired
100,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 8,7853 per share. Following the
transaction, Felix Fürst owns 750,000 shares in the Company equal to
approximately 0.5% of the company's share capital.
