ABL Group ASA (the Company) has been notified of the following transactions by primary insiders: Gross Management AS, controlled by Chairman of the Board Glen Ole Rødland, has purchased 300,000 shares at NOK 8.60 per share. Following the share purchase, Gross Management AS holds 15,567,351 shares in the Company. Bjørn Stray, observer to the Board of Directors, has purchased 150,000 shares at NOK 8.60 per share. Following the share purchase, Mr Stray holds 6,518,743 shares in the Company. Katherine Phillips, Chief Transformation Officer, has purchased 15,000 shares at NOK 8.60 per share. Following the share purchase, Ms Phillips holds 15,000 shares in the Company. RV Ahilan, Chief Energy Transition Officer, has sold 100,000 shares at NOK 8.60 per share and purchased 150,000 shares at NOK 8,60 per share (through investment account in Hargreaves Lansdown (UK)).
