Lasse Kristoffersen, President, CEO and primary insider in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA (OSE: WAWI) has on September 18, 2025 transferred his private holding of 28,100 shares in the company to his 100% owned investment company B7 Invest AS.
Following the transfer, Lasse Kristoffersen’s holding remains unchanged as he now controls a total of 33,100 shares in Wallenius Wilhelmsen through his wholly owned B7 Invest AS.
The transfer price is set to NOK 96.55 per share, equal to the closing price of the share at Euronext Oslo Børs on September 18, 2025.
As a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR), Lasse Kristoffersen is subject to disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19a.
