Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Fjord Defence Group ASA (the "Company") earlier today regarding the extraordinary general meeting resolving to carry out a reverse share split in the ratio 12:1 and a share capital increase of NOK 9.10 to facilitate the reverse share split.
Tigerstaden AS, a close associate of board member and primary insider Ketil Skorstad, has subscribed for 13 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1.26 per share. The subscription price equals the closing share price on Euronext Expand the trading day preceding the date of the notice of the general meeting.
