Yokohama/Bergen, 22 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") earlier today, 22 September 2025, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the fully underwritten rights issue of 150,000,000 new shares in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share (the "Rights Issue").
