Oslo, 3 November 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Oncoinvent ASA (the "Company") on 29 October 2025 regarding the completion of the merger between the Company and the former Oncoinvent ASA (reg. no. 995 764 458) ("Oncoinvent") (the "Merger"). In connection with completion of the Merger, the former shareholders of Oncoinvent, including certain primary insiders of the Company and their close associates, have today been allocated consideration shares in the Company.
