Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insider

Proximar Seafood AS ("Proximar" or "The Company") has been notified that VHAL AS, a company closely associated with Viggo Halseth, board member and primary insider in Proximar, today, November 17 2025, has completed a transfer of in total 75,000 shares issued by the Company. The shares have been transferred to Viggo Halseth as part of dissolving VHAL AS. Following the transfer, Viggo Halseth holds 241,550 shares in Proximar and VHAL AS does not hold any shares.
