Oslo, 27 November 2025: Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners ASA and primary insider, transferred 33.5% of the shares in Damgård AS to a direct descendant on 26 November 2025. Mr. Enger will remain in control of Damgård AS through his ownership of 100% of the voting A-shares. The number of shares held by Damgård AS through its 100% owned subsidiary Damgård Invest AS will remain unchanged. Please refer to the attached filing for further information.
