Mandatory notification of trade

Norda ASA has 2nd of December 2025 after market close been allocated and bought 4,498,620 shares in Ocean Sun AS at a price of NOK 2 per share. Following this transaction Norda ASA holds 5,100,590 shares in Ocean Sun AS. Christian Åbyholm is the Chairman of Norda ASA and married to Kristin Åbyholm who is a member of the Board and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS. Norda ASA will together with Kristin Åbyholm and the Group of companies Kvantia AS, Finyield AS, RWD AS and Caaby AS following the share transaction hold in total 13,962,368 shares in Ocean Sun AS (of which 50,000 shares are lent out), corresponding to approx. 28% of the total outstanding shares.
