Oslo, 10 December 2025: Höegh Autoliners ASA (“Höegh Autoliners” or the “Company”, ticker code “HAUTO”) has resolved to issue the fifth annual bonus awards to the management team as part of a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The purpose of the LTIP is to drive long-term value creation and increased shareholder value. The annual bonus awards granted are subject to a three-year vesting period followed by a two-year lock up. The size of the bonus depends on the total shareholder return and is calculated as a synthetic option payoff.
