Pursuant to the transaction, Red Leaf common shareholders exchanged their common shares for Questerre Common Shares based on an exchange ratio of 94 Questerre Common Shares for 1 Red Leaf common share. The officers of the Company listed below increased their ownership of Questerre Common Shares through this exchange. Michael Binnion, President and Chief Executive Officer - Increase of 1,255,370 Common Shares through direct ownership and an increase of 1,408,151 Common Shares through indirect ownership.
