After the transactions, Damgård Invest AS holds 528 185 shares in Höegh Autoliners ASA representing approximately 0.28% of the share capital and votes in Höegh Autoliners ASA. The combined shareholding of Andreas Enger and Damgård Invest AS remains unchanged.
