Questerre reports option exercise and annual grant of stock options to directors and employees

Questerre Energy Corporation (“Questerre” or the “Company”) reported that members of the Board of Directors and Management exercised 4,000,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.18 per Common Shares for net proceeds to the Company of $0.72 million. A total of 4,000,000 Common Shares were issued on the exercise of the stock options.
