Exercise of employee share options under share incentive program

Oslo, 12 March 2026 Employees of Zalaris ASA has on 11 March exercised 83,600 share options, which expired 10 days after the release of the financial report for the fourth quarter 2025. A total of 2,800 share options are settled in cash, while 80,800 share options are settled by transferring 35,777 Zalaris shares, reflecting the gain on those share options.
