April 2, 2026 - Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. (the "Company") announces that
the board of directors of the Company (the "Board"), as part of its long-term
incentive program, have approved the award and allocation of 1,311,500 share
options, at a strike price of NOK 27.5 per share option, to the members of the
Company's management, key employees and Board members.

mandatory notifications of trades.
