Public Property Invest ASA: Purchase of shares by management in connection with LTIP

Reference is made to the remuneration report of Public Property Invest ASA and the restructuring of the long-term incentive program (LTIP) due to the ongoing merger between Public Property Invest ASA and PPI Public Property Invest AB. As final settlement of the 2025 share allocation under the LTIP, the members of the executive management have today used the relevant cash payments to acquire shares in Public Property Invest ASA. The shares are subject to a vesting period of three years. Please see further information in the attached notification forms.
