BCS: primary insider stock options grant

(Bergen, 08 May 2026: Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS, OSE: BCS) Reference is made to the resolution made by the Annual General Meeting of Bergen Carbon Solutions AS on 23. April 2026, authorizing the Board of Directors, without participation of the Chairman, to issue shares under a share option program. Jon André Løkke has been granted 300,000 share options. Strike price of NOK 10 per share. First 100 000 options may be exercised two years after the Annual General Meeting, remaining options may be exercised after three years. Each stock option corresponds to one share. After the transaction, Mr. Løkke holds 50,000 shares and 300,000 options in BCS.
