Correction regarding shares held by primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 11 May 2026 regarding correction of the number of shares allocated to primary insider Jouni Raatikainen in connection with the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA and the issuance of shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA ("KM ASA") to eligible shareholders (the "Demerger Consideration Shares"). It has been identified that the number of shares allocated to Jouni Raatikainen was incorrectly stated in the correction announcement published on 11 May 2026. The correct number of shares allocated to Jouni Raatikainen is 12 694. Following this correction, Jouni Raatikainen holds a total of 12 694 shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA. An updated PDMR notification form is attached.
