Sentia exercise of options

A total of 202,739 options have been exercised under the share option scheme of Sentia ASA ("Sentia"). The exercise price for the exercised options is NOK 44.50 per share. In addition, 22,825 options held by the estate of a deceased option holder will be settled in cash. 47,175 options have lapsed. Following this, the remaining number of outstanding options in Sentia is 1,257,261, of which 283,905 options have vested. The board of directors of Sentia has resolved to sell 202,739 shares from the company's holding of treasury shares as settlement for the exercised options. Sentia's holding of treasury shares will thereafter be 237,261 shares. The primary insider's purchase, as well as the new holding, is attached to this notification.
