Xplora Technologies AS: Mandatory notification of purchase by primary insiders

Trygve Bruland, member of the board and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company"), bought 100,000 shares in the Company 29 May 2026 from his 100% owned investment company Cosimo AS at a price of NOK 44.65 per share. Following the transaction, Trygve Bruland's total combined direct and indirect shareholding in the Company is unchanged at 660,000, of which 160,000 shares are owned by Trygve Bruland personally, and 500,000 shares are owned by his investment company Cosimo AS. Knut Stålen, CFO and primary insider bought 4,231 shares in the Company on 1 June 2026 at a price of NOK 46.20 per share. Following the transaction, Knut Stålen holds 20,000 shares in the Company.
