Settlement of employee share options and RSUs

On 5 June 2026, Zalaris ASA settled 1,544,000 employee share options and 88,631 restricted stock units. The share options and restricted stock units were settled in accordance with the relevant agreements and the transaction agreement between Zalaris ASA and Novestor IX SCSp announced on 13 March 2026. The instruments were cash-settled. Further information on Zalaris’ share incentive plans is available in the 2025 annual report.
