("CAPT" or the "Company"), has sold 1,426,716 shares to Tycoon Industrier AS, as further set out in the attached notification of transaction. The lock-up undertaking with respect to the shares of the Company entered into by Øystein Stray Spetalen for a period of 6 months following the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo is assumed by Tycoon Industrier AS.
