The following primary insiders have today on the 16 July 2026 purchased shares as follows in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA: Mr Dag Mejdell, Chair of the Board, has today through Nobel Partners AS, a company closely related, purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 12.82. Following this transaction, Mr Mejdell and closely related parties hold 85,000 shares in the company. Ms Karina Deacon, Board member, has purchased 11,500 shares at a price of NOK 12.70 per share. Following this, Deacon holds 31,500 shares in the company. Mr Stephen Kavanagh, Board member, has purchased 8,550 shares at a price of NOK 12.83 per share. Following this, Kavanagh holds 22,100 shares in the company.
