Yara International ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Member of the Yara Board of Directors Helge Lund has, through Inkerman AS, a company in which he holds an 80% ownership and is the Chair of the Board, purchased a total of 12,500 Yara shares. Following this purchase, Helge Lund owns a total of 12,500 shares in Yara international ASA. Details of the transaction can be found in the attachment. The share purchases are considered as PDMR trade under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and are subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to MAR article 19.
