primary insider has sold shares in the Company:
Ole Slorer, a board member in Moreld ASA, has sold 200,000 shares. Following
the disposal, Mr. Slorer will hold a total of 160,242 shares in the Company,
corresponding to approximately 0.1% of the total share capital.
