Xplora Technologies AS: Mandatory notification of purchase by primary insiders

Oslo, 19 August 2026 Sten Kirkbak, CEO of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company") and primary insider, bought 37,500 shares in the Company on 19 August 2026 through MK Capital AS at a price of NOK 26.65 per share. Following the transaction, MK Capital holds 1,363,594 shares in the Company. MK Capital AS is a company owned 50% of Kirkbak Holding AS, a company fully owned by Sten Kirkbak. Kirkbak Holding AS already holds a total of 1,118,706 shares in Xplora Technologies AS. Knut Stålen, CFO and primary insider bought 8,000 shares in the Company on 19 August 2026 at an average price of NOK 26.91 per share. Following the transaction, Knut Stålen holds 28,000 shares in the Company.
