Kildahl, chair of the board of Scatec ASA, has on 24 August bought 10,000
shares in Scatec ASA at an average price per share of NOK 97.3. After the
transaction, Jørgen Kildahl and affiliated companies own 20,000 shares in
Scatec ASA.
